Return Policy

Free Return for eligible wigs (No lace cutting, no damage, unwashed, no hair cut, no hair dye) and the hair extensions (which have NOT been brushed out, combed with your fingers, washed, installed, colored, or bleached. The ties have NOT been cut). We cannot do return or exchanges on hair that has been altered in any form. No exceptions.

Contact CSR(customerservice@msgreyt.com) within 15 days once receiving package from us. Our customer service would process your return request within 48 hours.

The wig with intact lace can be returned, and CSR need to check whether the wig is complete. To help you return the wig, please email us and follow CSR's guide, or we are not responsible for any loss!

Attention please:

1.Tracking number for the returned package needs to be provided within 7 days from the day CSR give the return address. After 7 days we will assume that the product is satisfactory and no exchange/return is necessary.

2.You are responsible for all shipping costs(the shipping fee you will return it).

*For those self-return or self-exchange, our customer service have a right to refuse.

Exchange Policy

ONLY eligible wigs (Including no lace cut, no damage, unwashed, no hair cut, no hair dye, etc) and hair extensions (which have NOT been brushed out, combed with your fingers, washed, installed, colored, or bleached. The ties have NOT been cut) can be exchange/returned.

Attention please:
1. Customers can enjoy one-time free exchange (Return postage is on buyer). Any price difference of the exchange wig should be paid by customers.

2. 10% handling fee for the 2nd exchange. 15% handling fee for the 3rd exchange. More than 3 times’ exchange request is not accepted.

3. Products must be returned to us within 7 days from the day it was authorized for an exchange. After 7 days we will assume that the product is satisfactory and no exchange is necessary.

Shipping Information

What Shipping Company do you use? & HowLong I Will Receive?

We mostly use FedEx for wigs and hair extensions.

For stock wigs and hair extensions, you will receive the wig within 10-12 days.

For custom wigs and hair extensions, normal processing time is 15-25 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). Whether the product needs to be customized or not can be checked in the product ordering interface.

During peak seasons, order processing time may be delayed. Please understand. If you need a wig urgently, please check the availability of the wig through our online service. If the wig is in stock, we will ship it out within 24 hours of receiving payment. Once the wig has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address you provided and you can check the shipment status at that address. If you do not receive the tracking number in the table above, please contact our customer service department immediately for details.
